Spotify Gift Card Refund

Hello,

 

I bought a gift card a while ago. On the same day, I refunded it.

 

The Spotify Costumer said I get my Money in 3-5 working days back.

 

I got his reply on the 9th Oct. Now we have almost November and I still didnt got the money on my bank account. ๐Ÿ˜ž

 

After ten days of waiting I opened a new ticket to clear the issue.

 

But I only got one reply with no new news. But Julia, your costumer service, wanted my Sofort-ID to look at the cause.

After sending it to her, i didnt get any help or reply.

 

So I opend a new ticket a few days ago to "remind" Spotify about my problem. But I am getting ignored.

 

Thats not a costumer service for someone with a premium subscribtion.

 

I hope the forum can help me in some way.

Have you gto the 8 digit case numbers for your contacts? If you could let me know these, I'll make sure we get things looked into further for you.

The Number for my case is 01930933.

 

I got a response in the meanwhile because I remembered her about my case. It seems she wrote a response but she didnt sent it to me โ€ฆ

 

I should get my Money back in 4 weeks. I hope the best. ๐Ÿ™‚

4 weeks later, still no refund. I am angry and disappointed.

Is it really so complicated for Spotify to send me my money back? You got it from me in seconds โ€ฆ

 

And its now nearly two months ago, since I said per E-Mail that I want to return my Gift Card.

 

I think Spotify don't want to give me my Money back!! ๐Ÿ˜ž

 

Sending one last Ticket to you. I dont want to get a lawyer for 29,97โ‚ฌ, thats ridiculous.

 

I hope for a final solution.

We're glad to hear everything is sorted now. We'll be always here for you.

I'm trying to do the exact same thing but I'm hoping it doesn't take months to get my money back. I just emailed them and sent one of those support query forms
