Spotify Premium discount not available

Why cant I get that new 3 month Premium discount? Makes no sense, you want to get new customers, I get it, but why punish your loyal customers who have been subbed for several months already? Makes me sad and honesly, Im not sure whether I want to continue using your paid sevices.

Hope you understand my concern and will adress this issue to make us, paying customers feel better.

i would suggest trying to make the payment from another device or over another connection,

if that doesn't resolve it, the quickest way to contact spotify directly is via here or @SpotifyCares on Facebook or Twitter.

if you let them know as much as you can about your problem, they can have a look on their end and sort this out ASAP ^-^
