Spotify Premium tied to Telco

I currently have a Spotify account which is created under a Singapore domain. While I'm going to New Zealand for 3 years, will I be paying NZ's rate of Spotify Premium or my home country's rate of Spotify Premium?

And if I'm still tied to Singapore's domain, will I be entitled to Spotify Premium promotions like the one in the link below (?):

Supposedly the prepay offer bundles a Spotify Premium plan, would my existing account be entitled to the promo or must I create a new account in the NZ domain?
