Spotify account hacked

Within the past few days, my Spotify premium account was hacked. Last night I changed my password but woke up this morning and found myself completely locked out of my account. Unfortunately, my Spotify account was made under a university email address I no longer have access to so I am unable to use any of the troubleshooting advice I have seen on this site. I have made a new account to post this response.

Can anyone point me in the right direction? At bare minimum I would like to cancel the premium charges for the old account.
