Spotify kids not available in your country

My Question or Issue

I've changed my plan to premium family specifically because I want to use spotify kids but I cannot download the app. I keep getting the message that it's not available in my country. However, I checked and it seems spotify kids is available in Brazil so really not sure what's happening. Would love some help. Thx in advance

Thanks for reaching out about this in the Community!

The Spotify Kids app is available in Brazil for Android. Please check the country on your Google account and make sure it's set to Brazil.

If you still can't download the app, you might want to the to clear all app data and cache for the Play Store from your phone app settings and try again.
