Spotify needs my address but is only giving me US options

My Question or Issue

I am attempting to update my plan and change it back to Student. I have the plan available, all I need to do is insert my address and billing info, but the only options it is giving me are for US states and a 5-digit ZIP code, even though I live in Canada and my account clearly says that, and my college I inputed for student plan is also in Canada. I can't get this plan until I type something in. Any ideas?

I understand your concern about updating your Spotify plan to the Student plan with the correct address. To resolve this issue, follow these steps:

1. Check Your Account Settings: Ensure that your account settings correctly reflect your country as Canada. Sometimes, account settings can affect the available billing options. Follow this link and make sure country is set to CAN.

I would also check if there isn't an active VPN connection by any chance.

Hi, I'm from New Zealand and I'm having the same problems about not being able to put in my valid address as only US states come up, although it says I'm applicable for the plan.
