Spotify took money from the PayPal but not updated to premium

Spotify took money from the PayPal but not updated to premium

I changed my card so the payment didn't go through at first, i changed my PayPal paid . It didn't work and I left it like that to try again later. Next day came and Spotify took the money but i am not in premium account anymore

Hey @Annt01 ,

 

You should look on the receipt you got sent to your email address. This should say the username that you subscribed to Spotify Premium with!
Try to log in with that account.
When you see a 10 digit number login with Facebook!
