Student spotify premium was purchased and showed up in my bank account, but still shows I have free

I purchased spotify premium last night using the student discount, or at least I thought I did. My card was charged and it showed up in my bank account, but I still don't have spotify premium. How can I get this fixed? Or can I atleast get a refund if I still don't have premiun?

If it was, then I'd recommend you to contact support here so they can help you sort this out.

If you receive an automated email telling you to check the help section or the community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address.
Support usually answers within 24-48 hours.
