There's an unknown PS4 in my account

There's an unknown PS4 in my account

There's a PS4 that is logged into my Spotify account, and I don't even have a PS4 or a relative who has a PS4. Turns out ''Log out from all devices'' doesn't do that for PS4s. I tried to change my password, but it didn't do the trick as well. I don't want my Spotify account to get stolen. What can I do?

Thanks posting here in the Community! We'll gladly help you out here.   

Keep in mind that the link between PSN and Spotify is managed by Sony. You can disconnect your Spotify account from Sony by visiting this page. If any issues come up make sure you reach out to their Customer Support to get more assistance. 

In case you still can't unlink the PSN account, get in touch with our support team here. They'll check your Spotify account backstage and see what's up.

The problem is that I've no Sony account or Playstation account. I don't have any PS4, as I wrote.  That linked PS4 is unknown. I can't log in that link since I don't have the username or password of that person (normally) that linked his Playstation to my account.  I am worried about my Spotify account to get stolen, and this is not a solution.

But as I see, there's nothing you/Spotify can do about this topic. I think this is a huge security issue; there should be an option that disconnects from the PS4 when one clicks the ''disconnect from all devices''. Anyway, I'll mark your reply as a solution, but my problem isn't solved at all.

I like many users am constantly and repeatedly having my account hacked. Spotify do not seem to care and it is obvious that their systems are weak and do NOT comply with data protection laws. I therefore please ask all users affected to log a complaint with the ICO (Information Commissioner’s Office) - see website ico.org.uk . If enough of us complain the ICO (i.e. government) will hopefully take action, and force Spotify to improve and obey the law, and protect our data.
