Trying to pay "Platinum"

Been trying to pay "Platinum". But it won't let me.
There's money on my debit card and it still active.. Can't seem to pay it and I need help.

Could you verify the following things for me?

• The country your card is registered in doesn’t match the one you’ve set for your Spotify account.
  
  The country of your payment card must match the one in your Spotify profile, so we can verify your location. For more information on changing the country on your account, click here.
   
• Check that you have correctly entered your CVV/CVC security code.
  
  This is the three-digit number sequence on the back of your card.
   
• Your card may not be enabled for online transactions. 
  
  Contact your bank to check this. You maybe also need to have your card setup for 3D Secure online transactions. Examples of this include “Verified by Visa” and “Mastercard SecureCode.”
   
• Your card may not be open to foreign purchases or recurring transactions.
