Unable to change country

Unable to change country

I had a premium account set in Canada, however I have moved to the USA. The article said I should update my payment information, but when I tried to add my American credit card it said payment info is invalid because it's from a different country. The box to change my country in my account settings is also greyed out.

Can you please ensure you've selected the right country below the list of payment methods and at the bottom of the page (before entering any payment info)? 🙂

Hi, 
I tried changing my country at the bottom of the page, however it just loads and resets to Canada. I also tried adding my card again after trying to switch the country but it's still not letting me.

Can you please try it on a different device and/or in an incognito window?
