Unable to change region/plan

Unable to change region/plan

Recently moved to Singapore and been trying to change my payments, profile and plan option.

 

I changed my payment to a Singapore Credit Card, but still unable to change my region and now receiving an error when trying to change my plan.

 

Any help/advice?

Please share the exact error message that you're seeing.


You should be able to update your account's country setting by following the steps listed here. 🙂

I cannot change my region, the country is grey out.

As for the error, this is all the page gives me when attempting to change plans:

Since you're on Premium, you must follow the steps that apply to Premium users:

And you can confirm, that when clicking on the "UPDATE" button as shown in my screenshot below, it leads you to an error page:

i tried following these steps and did click update and changed the country's name, but it sent me back to the payment page and the currency was not changed, neither was the region?

Hi there @khadijamlktall,

 

Thanks for reaching out. In that case, consider cancelling your current subscription and waiting for your account to revert to free. Then you will be able to change the country from the account page and resubscribe with your new payment method.
