Unable to login to Spotify (on phone and PC)

My Question or Issue

My friend is unable to sign in to his Spotify account. When selecting to sign in using Facebook, spotify returns an error saying: 

Login failed, combination of username and password is wrong.  (in other language)

He is using Facebook for signing in, and Facebook works fine, and so did Spotify until recently. It is across all devices he has tried.

Hey @VonFisk,

To be on the safe side, we'd advise checking if the Facebook login credentials are being typed in correctly first.
You may also try resetting the password and logging in with the email + new password to see if that makes any difference 🙂
(Not sign in with Facebook, but the normal sign in field)
