Unauthorised money taken off my debit card

Several months ago I subscribed to spotify, registering with an email address which is now closed so I an unable to log in as I have forgotten my password and to reset it spotify would send a link to reset the password to an email address that I can't access thus meaning I am unable to contact anyone at spotify to cancel my subscription. More worryingly is the bank debit card I initially registered to make payments was lost so I received a new bank card with new security code and also new long number needed to take money from nt account spotify was not given authorization to take money from the new debit card, I did not give spotify any detail off my new card such as the long number, security code or expiry dates. But on checking my bank statement it appears spotify have been making withdrawals from my new card even though they were never given the card details. These payments were unauthorized and as such my bank are taking this extremely serious as spotify have somehow managed to get access to the card details of my new card and have been taking regular amounts UNAUTHORISED FROM A DIFFERENT CARD TO WHICH I ORIGINALLY REGISTERED WITH, the bank are currently investigating this but as I cannot access my account as I have forgotten my password and as the email address I first registered with is now closed and unaccesible i am at a loss on how to close my spotify account and talk with an advisor regarding money being taken off a bank card i never gave details for. I would appreciate a phone call as the bank have informed me that anyone or any company that takes money from your bank without being authorised to take it from a specific card constitutes fraud therefor the fraud dept of the bank are taking this matter extremely seriously as my security has been breaches by spotify

Since you cannot access your account and resetting your password won't work, please contact Spotify Support anonymously by following that link to recover your account. After recovering your account, you can cancel your subscription.
