Unknown user on my account

Why is my account (main user) showing as someone else's profile name ? They even have playlists on there that I've not created.  Their name is also on my playlists....

Sorry, but I'm not sure on what you're mentioning. Could you give me more information about what is happening?
If possible, send me some screenshots that could help me to better understand the issue, just make sure you won't share any sensitive information on them.
