Where's everything...??? What happened...??? Why....???

Where's everything...??? What happened...??? Why....???

After the new Windows install all my passwords are gone (thanks Windows!... really... thanks...) 
And now I try to log into Spotify, it tells me my password is wrong. I changed it but my previous Username (Vnc) doesn't exist. 
When going to Config, it shows me a stupid loooong number that I don't want to memorise ( (I've seen I can change it) , and if I log in with that number all my playlists are gone, I get adds on, and it looks like I'm not premium any longer...

 

What....??

 

Can anyone tell me what has happened...

I've only used one E-mail so far, have never had any problems until today. 

If I try to log in with my e-mail it tells me that the user doesn't exist. I've tried to change the password with the e-mail forwarded to me, but I can still only access if I type the long number.

Hey there @user-removed,

 

Welcome to the Community!

 

If after logging in you land in an account with a different username and none of your old playlists or Premium features, that means that you have most likely logged in a wrong account which is on free. You Premium account is most likely connected to another email address and username. Have a look at this support article for more info on locating your Premium account and finding out your log-in details 🙂
