after trying to secure account spotify won't let me sign back in even with the right email

Hi!

 
This morning I received an email saying that my Spotify account was signed into from a user in Italy. To secure my account, I followed the steps the email sent me. The website it took me to asked for me to reset my password, but when I entered my new password, it said I wasn't able to use it and I exited the website. However, I was given a new email to log into. But the new email doesn't work and I'm unable to log back into my account when using my old email address. I tried resetting my password but when I enter in my email, it never sends out any emails, no matter how many times I've tried to send an email.
 
I looked on the Spotify community website for help, however none of the advice given helped me with my issue. I also made a new Spotify account with this email address thinking that I would be able to recover my whole account, but when I realized that it didn't, I deleted the account. I'm extremely unwilling to create a new Spotify account as well. 
 
I need to log back into Spotify by 4 pm and would really appreciate your help 🙂

I recommend reaching out to Support about this so that they can help you secure your account: https://www.spotify.com/about-us/contact/.

 

Note: You may need to provide proof of account ownership, or purchase or payment details. It’s good to have these ready.
