can i email someone for help

can i email someone for help

i had two accounts and deleted the one i didn’t use. and i’m trying to change my email (currently using my school one) but it’s says there’s already an account with this email although it’s my email

Exact same thing is currently happening to me can’t find any past post suggesting what to do

Hi there folks,

 

Thanks for reaching out. After you close an account, it takes 14-30 days for the associated information to be deleted on the backend and for the email address to be freed up. Thus only after enough time has passed after closing your account can you use the email from it on a different account.
