can't cancel subscrition beause I can't log in using facebook or username

Can someone help me please.  I created an account and logged in with Facebook.  I started getting Spotify posts on facebook and tried to stop them but I lost the link between the two.  I had already given my credit card inromation for a 30 day Premium trial.

I created a second account and it linked to Facebook OK.  But didn't want to give any more credit card inromation and get billed twice.

I need to cancel my first account.  The problem is that I can't log in to spotify to cancel payment either with Facebook or by using a username and password.
Any suggestions?

You will need to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to lend a hand to get you cancelled. 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
