I can't change any of my personal information on my account this happened around the time when I updated my subscription to premium again how do I fix this the boxes are grayed out

I think I signed up with Facebook back in the day because that was the only option but I don't use Facebook anymore....

I would like to point out the Facebook based accounts do not have the option of changing their details as they're taken from your Facebook account.

However, I would like to refer your to this Spotify Answer which holds a bit more info on the option given in this situation.
