hello,

24-01-2014 i bought giftcard online on my iphone, afther 3 hours of trouble to log in spotify on my mobile i put in the code and it i had the ONLY option to choose unlimted.................. i thought oke? maybe it i click next i can get premium but no i have been stupid i have the most useless UNLIMITED now... i thought ok my bad i buy a new card put in the code to i can get premium..... so i bought a new card put in the code but now it says :We kunnen deze code momenteel niet verzilveren (we cannot redeem this code right now)
what the (....) do i have to get premium ??????? getting really frustrated right now. i dont want to pay with creditcard or something i just want to redeem my code and get premium..........

so i got unlimited by mistake..... my bad ok i can deal with that
now i bought another giftcard to get premium but this is not possible? cant redeem code...
so what do i need to do?
who is this not possible?
am i doing anything wrong???
