hacked?

hello everyone!
so i tried logging in this morning but Spotify on all my devices are automatically logged out and requires me to login again, then it says the password is wrong and the email it's connected to is not the one I uses. luckily my Spotify is connected to my Facebook but when I login through Facebook I get into a totally fresh account without premium. is it possible i got hacked? do people really hack spotify accounts, and in that case how do i remove the subscription? thank you for your time

Since you don't have access to your Spotify account, I'd suggest contacting someone from Spotify who can take a closer look. You can do that using this form. Someone will get back to you within 48 hours. Let me know how it goes!

ive been buisy so havent gotten to do the ticket before today, ill let you know as soon as i get a respond, but since i am the original owner i dont  see why they cant reset it and track it back to my name and paypal info as the rightfull owner and just change the email and facebook back and stuff.  out of nowhere its just gone  so it cant be a payment issue, then i would just have lossed my premium perks not all the playlists and facebook connection to the account. i hope they can help me solve it anyhow thanks for  your respond and the support ticket link good sir.

Same here. Someone hacked my spotify and changed email/password.

There seems new securityhole that hackers use. Took allmost hour to keep music changing to my devices until that hacker logged out. It may return, but i made support ticket.
