When i logged in to spotify i clicked on the family sharing option and i started putting in payment details and after i submit everything i realized it only charged me for the single one month subscription. so i cancelled right away. will i get a refund? is there any way to add family on top of the payment i already made? im using a $20 gift card so i can't just charge again.. please help!

Hey there!

 

Keep in mind that the Premium for Family plan requires a payment method that can be used for monthly recurring payments. You can subscribe at anytime here: www.spotify.com/family. 

 

The time you already bought will spread through the accounts that become part of the plan when you subscribe, so you won't need a refund. However if you'd like to get one, you can get in touch with us via this contact form, on Twitter with the @SpotifyCares handle, or on our Facebook page.
