Hey folks! Thanks for reaching out and reporting this 🙂
What we'd advise in this situation is to update your apps to the latest version. I remember seeing this a while back and updating was the resolution for most of the affected accounts. In case the issue remains after updating, we'd like to ask you to send us a few screenshots of what you're seeing on your end:
Once we have these, we can relay them backstage and our tech folks will investigate this for you.
Many thanks in advance! We'll be on the lookout for your replies 🙌🏼
I encountered this problem: without knowing it, I accidentally went into Spotify with a VPN, which is why yesterday the same message appeared: "Spotify is available abroad for only 14 days". It is not possible to change the country in the account settings; I have not found any solution. I would be extremely grateful for your help.
Android, Free Plan
I'm having the exact same problem. My device is a Poco F6 running Android 14. I'm using Spotify version 9.0.34.593, which is the latest version available on the Play Store.
Hi,
I am a Free User and have already change my region to the country I am in. However, Spotify still insists I am using abroad even though my region is changed.
Same here, this is obviously a feeble attempt to push people to paid.
