I also have that problem that i have unsuscribe my account but i just see that i have paid for a new month. Coukd you please unsuscribe my account so i wont pay anymore? I have tried to do everything wo was written but i cant see it have been done..<br><br>Best regards mona

Hi Mona, 

 

Please click this link to check subscription status. If it says premium or has a cancellation date in the future, it's possible that you are still being charged. If it shows that you already cancelled, I recommend reaching out directly to Spotify Support. They can be reached through their Twitter Page @SpotifyCares or through the online contact form.

Make sure to check your inbox and junk folder for an email from Spotify. Once you get it, make sure to reply back right away, even if it says it's from a "no-reply" email. This will assign your case to a Spotify rep and you should hear back within 24 hours.

What's a Spotify Rock Star, and how do I become one?


I, too have tried to unsubscribe from spotify for 3 months now. Every month I am charged again. I walk through the 'cancel my subscription' instructions and get a bit farther. I think I finally cancelled it this month. But then again, I thought that $30 ago. 

 

It would be nice if I could get a refund since I didn't use it, (thinking it was cancelled).
