this spotify account does not exist, what should I do?

я захожу в спотифай и мне выдает ошибку в неправильности ввода почты или пароля,попробовал зайти без пароля и мне выдало ошибку что данного аккаунта не существует что делать?

If you can remember the email address that you used for registering, then you can reset your password via this link: https://accounts.spotify.com/password-reset. 

However, if you don't remember which email address you used to create your account with, you can try different combinations or even take a look at this help article for steps on how to find any other accounts. As it's possible to register via different ways, it's worth checking it out.

я перешел по ссылке и нечего я не смог сбросить мне выдало ошибку что данного аккаунта спотифай не существует или выдает что данная почта не привязана к аккаунту спотифай.ЧТО С МОИМ АККАУНТОМ???????

Thanks for the additional info.

In that case it's possible that your account has been suspended for breaking the Spotify Terms and Conditions. I'm afraid this action cannot be undone, but you're free to use the one linked to your current Community profile instead.

If you remember your username or display name, you can look for your old account in the app and save your public playlists on your new one.
