Being charged twice a month as an individual and a family. Not cool considering our accounts keep saying we are not in the country and it won't let us log in. This seems very odd considering in losing out on $32 a month for nothing...
You guys need a real system that can actually help us get answers to our questions properly 😧😧😧

If you're being charged twice every month, it's possible that you have two accounts. No worries, our Accounts team will be able to help you with this.
