[Mobile][Other] Music control

Solved!

[Mobile][Other] Music control

I miss the days when you could pull down your notification board and Spotify would be there with music control so that we could switch songs or pause.

Now you have to pull down the notification board hit the media button select the app and only then will the music app pop up..

So inefficient as opposed to pull down notification bar and hit pause!

I wish they gave us the choice as to how to program to our preference!

Hey @Tanyaparihar ,

Thanks for reaching out.

The player in the notification slider should be available to you. Could you please make sure that the app has all necessary permissions enabled?

If the issue persists,  it's a good idea to clean reinstall Spotify on the device where this occurs. This step lets you start afresh with the latest app version by removing any corrupted files from previous installations.

If the player still doesn't come up, we'd appreciate a screenshot or recording of what you see at your end.

Hope this helps. Keep us posted.
