Spotify Doesn't work in my home wifi

So,when i'm in my home the spotify doesn't work but when i'm using the Wi Fi of another place,it works,doens't work in my home so, what i do? I tried to unistall it,doesn't work,i turn my cellphone off and after a few minutes i put it On and nothing happens.

Can you describe the term "doesn't work" a bit?

Do you get an error? Does the app crash? ...?

So,when i click in a music it starts,and in the second 10 stop in,and always show "no internet connection available" so is it.

First of all you should check your internet conncetion.

You said the music stops. Do it pause or do you just dont hear anything? If you have bad connection you cant hear a sound but the green line moves on.

it pause and then green line stop too,i have a good internet connection and in january it used to work with a worst internet,i changed it to better and worked like 1 week and now don't work more.

I've moved twice, have had 3 new phones and still can not get Spotify to work in my home. I've even taken it off my wifi and still never works within my last two homes. Spotify works EVERYWHERE else. Any more info as to why this happens
