Spotify won't start on A13 SoftwinerEvb android tablet (android version 4.1.1)

Description

When I start spotify (on android device), it shows login screen, but it immediately crashes/stops.There is not error message whatsoever,
spotify just closes. Before update to new Spotify app it worked perfectly.

I tried to uninstall both apps, clear caches/data, install both back, then unistall,
cleared caches/data, install only new app, ... several times with restarts
between steps.

What are the steps you took to get to the error/issue?

1.) Open Spotify on Android

I cannot login at all (but on other devices, I use Facebook)
