when i use mobile data to use spotify in mobile it doesnt work

so when i turn on mobile data while having 10GBs when i open spotify it says "spotify is currently set to offline"

In this case, we'd suggest you try the following:

• Perform a clean reinstall of the app on the affected device. By doing that, the app can be up-to-date, and you can make sure the cache is not leading to this issue. You can follow these steps to do it.
• Make sure the app has the right permission within your device to use mobile data. You can check this by going to your device's settings> Apps> Spotify. These steps might vary depending on your device's make/model.

• The make/model and OS of the affected device.
• The exact Spotify version you're running there.
• Does this happen if you open your account on a different mobile phone? You can ask for the phone of a relative or a friend to open your account and check.
