when i use mobile data to use spotify in mobile it doesnt work

so when i turn on mobile data while having 10GBs when i open spotify it says "spotify is currently set to offline"

• The make/model and OS of the affected device.
• The exact Spotify version you're running there.

My Question or Issue

1."Spotify is set to offline" it showed it when I accessed the app through mobile data
2.when using wifi it works just fine
3.when I turned both wifi and mobile data on and turned off wifi it works fine until I turn off mobile data
4.when I turned off "mobile data always active( for fast network switching)" option the technique explained in 3rd point is not working I can't even login without wifi

so basically what I am saying is Spotify shows it's offline when using mobiledata or if not switch fastly from wifi to mobile data.
I tried
- reset network settings
- re installed Spotify
- reset all data related settings
- removed and reinserted my sim card
- restarted my mobile
