Premium Subscribers' Subscription Status Remains on free

Some users' subscription status remains on free across all devices. The issue seems to occur regardless of the Premium type (Individual, Student, Family and Duo) and payment method.

Our tech folks are currently looking into this. We'll keep you posted here as soon as we have any new information to share, so make sure to give a like and Subscribe to the thread from the three dots menu to stay tuned.

 

In the meantime, feel free to try the troubleshooting below, if you haven't already:

  • log out and sign back in to your account
  • perform a clean reinstall of the app
  • try a different Wi-Fi network (a mobile hotspot would also do)

Money is deducted from bank account but on Spotify page it shows transaction failed

Hello.

 

I got a new mobile this summer and since then I haven't been able to access my account. My card is still being billed, but for some reason I still get e-mails offering me premium which I already have and when I open spotify as 'sion' it says that it is free account!

Here is a picture of a message from my bank when I was last billed by you recently.

 

I've tried to log out and inn again, but in vain. 

Can you please fix this

I got a free subscription for premium plan for months... So I was unable to cancel now they took money from my account how do I reverse it I don't want it it's use less for me

Hiii, so, i buy for the first time premium, say that I have a free month. The problem is that my account doesn’t have premium, I try downloading, skipping infinite, but it doesn’t let me. Can anyone help me?
