How do I find out if my debt card was used by someone account?

My brother-in-law's debit card was stolen by [removed sensitive/personal info] in which you paid her Spotify bill with I just needed to be verified his name is [removed sensitive/personal info] . The transaction was not okayed at All by him we are asking that this card will no longer be used and a refund be made you can contact him back at my email address or on his phone [removed sensitive/personal info] please contact us as soon as possible if you require any other information on either [removed sensitive/personal info]

If the card was used to pay for a Premium subscription without authorization, and taking into account that we don't have access to users' accounts from the Community, we'd recommend contacting our Customer support directly so they can look for the account and help you further.
