Thanks for posting in the Community! We hope you don't mind us answering in English as this is the official language of the forum.
One of the main features of the Premium subscription is the ability to listen to your favorite music Ad-free. By saying that one of the Duo member's still seeing ads, you got us thinking that your wife might be logged into another account that doesn’t have Premium. Can you please double check that?
You can check plan and payments on the account page, under Your plan.
If you still are not seeing Premium on this account but you know you've activated the Duo subscription successfully, we'd suggest that you take a look at this article. It's possible that your wife has 2 accounts with us. There are steps for finding a second account in the FAQ.
If the account is set to Premium on the account page, please log out and back in as this will force a sync between the account and the device.

Just to make sure your husband doesn't have 2 accounts, could he double-check that he's logged into the correct account? You can find the steps on how to locate a second account here.
Should he be logged into a Duo member account on his account page, we suggest that he tries logging out from the app and then back in again. When he logs back in, make sure your husband enters his login details manually. This should resync his account info.

Same problem here, and no, my husband doesn't have another account. He followed all the steps correctly anda still listen to adds! So annoying!
Estou com o mesmo problema. Contratei a conta premium duo para conseguir ver playlists e ouvir meus podcasts sem propaganda da plataforma.
O Problema é que desde janeiro, as músicas ou podcasts são interrompidos no meio dos áudios com propagandas, atrapalhando os áudios, igual no spotify free.
Essas não são propagandas dos anunciantes de podcasts, mensagens patrocinadas, endossos lidos pelos apresentadores ou determinados pelos administradores do conteúdo. São as propagandas da própria pataforma, iguais ao Spotify free.
E não, não estou em outra conta, ja fiz logout das aplicações abertas, já limpei cache e mesmo assim continua. Até no acesso a plataforma via web continua a mesma coisa.
Quero que parem com essas propagandas ou meu dinheiro de volta e a rescisão do meu contrato. Não contratei a plataforma para ter esse tipo de propaganda ou interferência.

We'd recommend opening the app on your phone and checking if you or your partner are seeing the Premium button in the lower right corner next to Your Library. If yes, that means you're logged in a free account, so you need to sign out and use the same login credentials that you used when you accepted the invitation.

Contratei o Plano DOO e minha esposa ouve inúmeras vezes as propagandas.
Achei a forma mais fácil de resolver esse problema. Estou acionando judicialmente o Spotfy por conta disso, estou cobrando o dinheiro investido na plataforma e as indenizações cabíveis. Como eles não resolvem, quando sai do bolso deles, acho que vão dar importância para o assunto.
Estou passando pelo mesmo problema, sou membro premium Duo e esse mês começou os anúncios antes de começar um podcast e no meio dele.
