Music not matching the actual music supposed to be there

I was listening to my liked titles and then came up a title I never heard, I looked at it and it basically was replaced audio with a totally unrelated song. It was supposed to be Do what you want by lady gaga and R Kelly (https://open.spotify.com/track/135zhqmxmJITfYf0dEA6S0?si=E63rQID6RpqkQo5qtJbDCA) but they changed the song and the album cover almost like a highjacking.

Looks like that particular song is currently unavailable in some regions, which is why the app automatically skipped it when it came up. As much as we'd love to have all the music in the world on Spotify, the content may vary over time and between countries. This depends on permissions from rights holders.
 

In the meantime, you can import local files to your Spotify library.
