My minutes are not showing up in the time machine

ik this is dumb but since september of last year my minutes are not showing up idk if it is bc i changed my plan from double to single but it is not showing up (even though it showed up on the wrapped) does anyone have this issue?

Are you referring to the the removal of the listening time for top artists on Your Sound Capsule? If so, that change was due to an update made to Your Sound Capsule to improve the experience. You can still access other insights including total time listened, top songs, and fresh weekly highlights.

In case you meant something else, feel free to elaborate further so we can take a closer look at what's happening on your end.
