Someone’s echo dot is connected to my account

Solved!

Someone’s echo dot is connected to my account

Pretty much as it says on the title. Someone is logged in to my Spotify account and have connected their echo. I have tried to ‘forget device’ several times and it’s still there. Please help me removing them from the account!

Hey there @NNB96

Thanks for getting in touch about this and welcome to the Community!

First up, we'd recommend checking the apps that are linked to your Spotify account on your Account page under Apps and remove any you don't recognize. In this specific case, you should see "Alexa" there, so make sure to click on "Remove access" next to it. You can find out more tips on how to protect your account here.

Additionally, we suggest that you follow these steps:

1. Log in to your account page and scroll all the way to the bottom.

2. Select SIGN OUT EVERYWHERE.

3. Request a password reset by visiting this article.

Let us know how it goes.
