Spotify account not working with HEOS wifi speakers

My Question or Issue

Suddenly I cannot make Heos work with my spotify account both on Android phone and PC. It works when my boyfriend logs on spotify on my phone so it cant be the wifi. I've tried reinstalling Spotify and turning off the phone etc. Can you please help me?

Seemingly strange that it would work with one account log-in and not another. You may need to contact Spotify if this is truly the case?
Are you aware of the Heos app? Available on Google Play store
It's worth a try if you are not using it but logically don't see this as a fix. Does it recognize your Heos from your Ideapad? If not, does it recognize from you computer using your bf's log-in?
