My Question or Issue
Neither the Desktop App nor the browser player load correctly. The Desktop App eventually displays the UI, but nothing can be interacted with. The browser application displays everything correctly, but no songs can be played. Intermittently, either the browser or desktop application may work correctly for a few minutes. This appears to happen at random. The mobile app loads normally, but playlists that aren't downloaded don't load and the message "something went wrong" is displayed.
Normally I use a Telekom sim card in a mobile router. When connected to the Internet via a landline connection or other sim card, Spotify works as normal.
This remained the case irrespective of restarting the computer, reinstalling Spotify, clearing cache etc. Changing Firewall settings, enabling port forwarding and switching to the IPv4/IPv6 APN didn't work either.
The sim card normally uses an IPv6 only APN. Presumably this is where the issue stems from, but on my end I couldn't get Spotify working correctly. Spotify appears to be the only application both on Windows and Android encountering issues due to this.

Musste beim ASUS Router IPv6 aktivieren und als Verbindungstyp Passthrough auswählen. Nun geht wieder alles. Was für ein Mist...
Got the same problem. Windows App is just black and Smarphones wont work in WLAN.
Hey folks,
Thanks for reaching out.
If this happens with a connection from a particular provider, we'd suggest reaching out to them to check if there's something else in your network settings that might be causing this behavior.
Let us know how it goes.

Our company switched to a ipV6 network, and now Spotify no longer works. I can use the browser, but the browser version is terrible (you cannot even change the sort on playlists to show most recent additions first).
It just shows in red "No Internet Connection detected. (Error code: accesspoint: 31)
Is there any way to get this to work?
