My Question or Issue

Time tracker in Spotify full screen sometimes freezes so staying at 0:00 timestamp while listening.

Thank you for reaching out here in the Community.

First off, we'd suggest that you log in with a different account on your Polestar car audio system to see if this issue persists.

In case it does - we'd recommend that you check for a pending updates on the firmware of the device in the car. If there is one - let it run. 

If the above doesn't help and the issue persists, it's best to reach out to the support teams at Volvo since they are the ones in charge of all technical support with the in-car app.
