When I open the Web Player it says:
I go to the support site and it tells me to go to settings and enable 'Allow sites to play protected content (recommended)'. It is. I don't know what to do next, Chrome is up to date, I even redownloaded it, I've restarted my computer. I'm using an iMac.

Sorry to hear you're having trouble with this. We'll do our best to help 🙂
Does the issue persist in an incognito window? You can also try clearing your browser's cache and cookies to see if it helps.
Let us know how it goes.

For me It doesn’t allow me to play music. I click on the song or album i want to listen to and it doesn’t start to play or even show on The bottom left. I’ve tried a lot of different things to solve this issue.
I've got the same problem on my older macbook pro while it works on my newer one. Clearing caches/cookies, reinstalling Chrome, using a different User, deleting files under "Application Support" all have now effect. Of course drm content is also allowed under chrome://settings/content
On the same computer Firefox works fine with the site.

Hey @helkobark,

Keep us posted! 🙂
Mine is up to date apparently (70.0.3538.77), but I am also having issues.
