My Question or Issue

When i play a game in a persistent universe like The Crew 2 or Elite Dangerous spotify will not let me choose another playlist from my playstation 4 quickbar and say "association with psn account needed". I must close the game, restart (re-login) spotify and relaunch the game. Normally the association is automatic when i log to spotify from my PS4 as the login screen says. This had happen randomly and for two years now and i never found any topic about it. It has happen when i was in free version and it happen now in premium also, I think my router is correcly configured I'm in NAT 2, my UPnp is enabled ( i play persistent universe games).
