unauthorized error for sign in- podcasters

My Question or Issue

Hello all, for the past few weeks i've tried to sign into my Spotify of Podcasters account but when I click the "log-in" button, it takes to an error page that says "pretty-print" and under that it says:

{"message":"Unauthorized"}

the rest of the page is blank. I've cleared my cache and cookies in my browser and still doesn't work. the only way i'm able to sign in is in an incognito window. I use chrome. Does anyone know what might be causing this error message?

Thanks for reaching out! 
In my opinion, clearing the cache and cookies should resolve the issue for you, considering incognito works well. If you had only deleted the most recent ones, try removing all of your cache & cookies and restarting your browser afterwards.

If the issue persists, try contacting the Spotify for Podcasters' support folks for further guidance and, in the meantime, if you don't wish to use an incognito browser window, you can try using a different browser instead 🙂
