Can't add brother after he's mistaken zip code

Can't add brother after he's mistaken zip code

Hi

I wonder if you could help me with adding my brother as a family member to my family plan.

Once he tried to confirm address and all information, he made a mistake in the zip code. After some time Spotify requested him to confirm all data again and although he gave the proper address this time, he received the information that he can't be added. 

I disconnected his accout from the plan several times trying do generate new invitation (also via email) but he fails to connect to my plan. He receives messages that he was verified and he cannot be added.

I guess Spotify somehow banned my brother from my family and his account can't join my plan once he gave incorrect data and then he failed to confirm the proper.

 

What can I do so that he could be in my family plan? It starting to be irritating. Thanks

Welcome to the community!

 

Right now, all members of a Premium for Family plan must live in the same physical address as stated in our T&Cs. When the physical address can't be verified, the user can't join the plan anymore.

 

However, If you're both sharing the same physical address, we suggest contacting our customer support team via Twitter, Facebook, or the contact form. They'll take a closer look to this issue.
