My wife has been suddenly removed from our family plan and she can't rejoin

My wife has been suddenly removed from our family plan and she can't rejoin

My wife has been suddenly removed from our family plan, when I sent her a link to rejoin it says.

"We couldn't confirm that you live with the plan manager for this plan. You can join someone else's plan again in 12 months"

How do I navigate this error? We've lived together in the same house for 15 years!

Hey there,

 

Thanks for reaching out.

 

She most likely receiced an email 7 days before she lost access to the plan, which asked her to confirm her address.

 

I recommend having her reach out to Support so that they can check if something can be done about this situation: https://www.spotify.com/about-us/contact/ 🙂
