I have the same question.

For some reason I was kicked out from the family plan, and all attempts to restore the account were failed.

Only solution is cancel the old and create a new one, but dont want to be charged twice.

Currently, it's not possible to verify or edit the address that was registered when you subscribed to Premium for Family.
