Zip code made me lose premium account

Zip code made me lose premium account

I share a premium family plan with my family, Spotify sent me and email asking me to confirm my ZIP code (I'm actually from Brazil but had no answer there) and so I confirmed it, a few days later I had no premium account anymore

Welcome to the community!

 

To make sure the discount goes through, you must enter the exact same information that the Premium for Family plan owner set it up with. This is to make sure all members are living in the same physical address.

 

If you're living in the same physical address as the plan owner, we suggest contacting our support team via Twitter, Facebook, or through our contact form. They'll be able to help you out.
