Can't switch to premium student plan.

I am trying to switch from the premium plan to student premium plan. I was verified via SheerID with no issues. However, when I try to change plans it doesn't change the plan. There are no error messages, it just simply stays on the premium plan.

You should try with a different browser, or open a private window (incognito mode), and see if that does it.

Also, try in a different device (computer, tablet, etc.)
