I didn't complete my premium subscription but money was still taken off my bank account! Want refund

Hello

 

Earlier I was interested in the student discount and I entered all my card information but when I saw that I had to upload a document of myself in an institution I decided I don't want this after all. Anyways, because I had already entered all my card information, money was still taken off my bank account. I did it twice, so I lost the money twice. Still free and I'm still not interested in the product/service. I simply would like the money back 3,49 eur + 3,49 eur.

Hey @Lahe,

 

If Spotify is unable to verify your student I.D, you won’t be eligible to claim the student discount. In this instance, any charges will show on your statement as ‘pending’. This means your bank has put a temporary authorization on the funds, but no money has actually been taken.

Once the bank confirms your student I.D failed to verify successfully, the money will reappear on your statement. This can take up to 48 hours, depending on your bank. You can reach out to them for more information about any pending payments.
