Student premium subscription not working

My Question or Issue

Although I am verified by spotify for student premium plan, I am unable to subscribe to it. When I clicked on the 59rs/month premium plan to choose it, nothing happened. This is the first time I'm trying to purchase spotify premium. Please resolve this issue asap.

Thank you for reaching out here in the Community.

If you've already been verified by SheerID, you should have received an email with a link for activation. You can click on it to activate the offer. Keep in mind that the aforementioned link is valid for 7 days. 

If the link is still valid - we'd recommend trying to subscribe on a different network, for example try to connect to another Wi-Fi or test with a hotspot network (if possible).  

If the link is no longer active, we recommend reaching out to SheerID here. Their customer support team will happily help out with the whole verification process, as they are the ones in charge of it and we don't have access to their systems.

I had same problem and I too checked the email and when I opened the link given in there, the discount price for students shown there was even higher than normal premium plans. I am also from India.
